Safety Guidelines & Action Steps

The health and safety of Summit attendees is our top priority. Twilio’s VOX Summit will follow preventive measures to ensure a safe space in alignment with evolving CDC, state, and city COVID-19 guidelines.

All in person attendees are required to take a PCR test prior to traveling to Boston and bring your test results with you. If you test positive you should not attend VOX Summit.

Vaccination Validation
App on Okta

As of January, 2022, all Twilions are required to submit vaccination status through the Vaccine Validation Okta App prior to travel or attendance at in-person events. If you haven’t already, please upload proof of vaccination or receive an approved accommodation that permits in-person work on this app. This is a one-time requirement and should be valid for all future VOX events and other events at Twilio. You can do this at any time before traveling to the Summit.

While in Boston

All attendees will be expected to follow all other safety protocols, as required by the City of Boston, the Four Seasons and Twilio guidelines. As you know, state and local guidelines can change rapidly, so we will share more information as we know it.
